All Flavias and 2000s have the same Water Pump front housing, as in the picture above.  The bodies vary, there being three possible types.

The Consortium has a small stock of rebuilt front housings, using a freely available modern carbon ring seal and good quality bearings.

These are provided for £50 + p&p (500 grammes) to Consortium members, on an exchange basis only.

We will need to be in receipt of your old serviceable housing - not the complete pump, and without the pulley - before a rebuilt unit can be dispatched.
